Honor has just launched its latest Android custom skin the MagicOS 8.0. The new skin comes with several AI Features and it is based on Android 14. It comes with Intent User Interface (IUI) which actually learns your usage patterns and suggests different apps and services.
MagicOS 8.0 Features:
It comes with Magic Portal a new feature which provide context based services and applications. With just a swipe the user can switch between apps and services. The user can also find products online with ease by just dragging the image of the product to different shopping apps.
The Honor has also enhanced the privacy features with MagicOS 8.0. It comes with MagicLM a language model with 7 billion parameters and can do data processing on device for better privacy. It can also be used to generate videos and can also find a specific frame. Shake to block ads feature is also introduced to block pop up ads.
MagicOS 8.0 also comes with several home customization options and UI performance improvement which should improve the overall user experience. There are also parallel spaces which are system wide for using dual apps. The private space is also present where user can securely keep sensitive data.
The new UI will be introduced tomorrow with Honor Magic 6 Series in China. It will be gradually pushed to other devices.
